Parents Benefits

Support
Being the parent of an athlete can be just as difficult as being the player themselves.  The time requirements, volunteer work, shuffling of schedules and knowing when and how to voice your opinion can all be major stressors.  Advance My Athlete can be a tremendous tool for all parents who are looking for the right way to be involved.  An amazing staff of professional athletes and parents have all shared their stories to help guide those who are headed down the same road.  They highlight the style techniques that worked well and also give advice on what to avoid.  They cover all the bases for anyone trying to bring their child to their peak performance.  Our team of doctors will give insight to some of the health risks involved with athletes who are overworking or training the wrong way, making sure that all those watchful eyes know some of the indicators to look for.

Recruitment
Similarly with the athletes themselves, parents oftentimes play a large role in the decision for college, sometimes even more than the child!  Our collegiate resources are a wonderful way to explore the behind the scenes information that many athletes may not be looking at, or even searching for at all.  Eligibility requirements, transfer rules, scholarship deadlines and fulfillments, financial information and much more is all readily available to help make sure that you can make your son or daughters dream become a reality.  Helping your child market him/herself can make a big difference in terms of what kind of schools will be exposed to their play.  Advance My Athlete provides the top of the line advice and a list of do's and dont's to make sure the athlete is as well received as can be.

Involvement
Being involved in the team is also a large part of the parental duty.  Fundraising ideas and tips, how to interact with coaches and how to most effectively give criticism or praise can all be found here at Advance My Athlete.  Parents always want to make sure their child is not only successful in their sport, but also in the classroom. Use our resources to make sure that your child sees success if both aspects of their lives.
